Urban Defense combines the techniques of ancient and traditional martial arts with today’s urban lifestyle to create a practical system of ultimate defense. The primary focus of Urban Defense is self-defense, self-confidence, and self-awareness. You only have one life, so protect it!
Urban Defense is a martial art that focuses on what works for street crime. This training will enable you to protect yourself from single or multiple attackers. This system has been proven very street effective and all adults (15 years & older) are encouraged to attend a free week of introductory lessons! Children's Urban Karate is available for kids ages 5 to 14. All styles and levels welcome!
